Brittani has more than 15 years of experience in the Chicago start up tech scene building Education & Development, Recruiting, and Human Resources Teams from the ground up. In previous positions, Brittani helped move Echo from the private to the public sector and has been involved in M&A activity with multiple organizations across multiple industries including Echo, Centro and now Litera. She has worked with multiple Private Equity companies including Vista Equity Partners, K1 Investment Management and Hg Capital. Brittani has a Psychology/Sociology undergraduate degree with a Masters in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
