ESRR Systems Analysts ensure that Slate, the admissions system used at Loyola, is properly configured to meet the myriad needs of undergraduate and graduate admissions activities across all colleges and majors. Systems Analysts coordinate data integration between the various systems used in the Enrollment Division with university enterprise systems, provide ad hoc and scheduled reports, and produce admissions Funnel Reports on a weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly basis.

10th Day Funnel reports reflect official enrollment numbers for both the incoming Fall and Spring cohorts as reported by the Office of Institutional Research. These reports are produced 10 days after the beginning of the each term.
ESRR Systems Analysts also provide a suite of Financial Aid Services, including PeopleSoft Campus Solutions data management, programming, configuration, and financial aid packaging. By bridging the services between the Office of Financial Aid and ITS, ESRR coordinates the timely communication and disbursement of financial aid awards, including institutional aid, federal loans, and grants.
