About Us

The Enrollment Systems, Research and Reporting (ESRR) department couples their expert knowledge of higher education enrollment, financial aid, and research with high level technical and analytical skills to provide Loyola University Chicago’s Enrollment Division, as well as other university stakeholders with strategic insights to shape enrollment policies and goals. By creating and supporting systems, programming and packaging financial aid, monitoring admissions activities, and conducting original research, ESRR supports Loyola's efforts to identify and capitalize on new enrollment trends while ensuring its enrollment goals are met for each cycle.

Given ESRR's broad purview, the department assists the university's leadership to maintain and build upon Loyola's standing in the academic landscape throughout the city of Chicago, regionally, and nationally. As researchers at a Jesuit institution, we share the university's commitment to social justice and truth and constantly strive to enrich and tailor the Loyola experience to remain responsive to the needs of an ever-changing prospective student population.

ESRR was created in 2009 within the Enrollment Management Division to address two university needs: enrollment systems administration and secondary and primary research focused on enrollment trends and retention policies. ESRR is currently composed of four Slate and Locus professionals, two Research & Strategy Analysts, and a Director. ESRR is located on the 12th floor of Lewis Towers.
