Campus Climate 
The Executive Council on Diversity and Inclusion’s Campus Climate team assists the council with surveying and measuring faculty, staff, and student biases and understandings of concepts related to diversity and inclusions.

Communication and Website Management
The Executive Council on Diversity and Inclusion’s Communication and Website Management team assists the council with marketing and communication requests related to diversity and inclusion activities taking place at the university.

Education/Development/Awareness 
The Executive Council on Diversity and Inclusion’s Education, Development and Awareness team identifies, leverages and promotes diversity-related training taking place at Loyola.

Events and Awareness Activities
The Executive Council on Diversity and Inclusion’s Events and Awareness Activities team provides a series of diversity, inclusion, and equity focused informational opportunities across Loyola. Efforts include providing faculty, staff, and students with helpful resources that are designed to showcase the significant value of a welcoming and diverse community.

Personal Reporting & Support (Bias Response, Wellness, EAP)
The Executive Council on Diversity and Inclusion’s Personal Reporting & Support team focuses on showcasing a number of triage resources available at Loyola. This includes services designed to provide a reporting and support outlet for faculty, staff, and students seeking assistance with diversity related bias encounters. In addition, this team will help create an awareness model regarding available on or off-campus wellness
(i.e. emotional) support opportunities.

Representation & Retention (Faculty/Staff/Students)
The Executive Council on Diversity and Inclusion’s Representation and Retention team will recommend and maintain awareness of diversity related recruitment, retention, and sustainability efforts undertaken by the University for faculty, staff, and students to positively impact Loyola’s diversity and inclusion efforts. This team will design a reporting model to support increased awareness and communication of diversity recruitment outreach efforts and results. This activity may be carried out utilizing academic, social, and cultural awareness strategies to enrich the University’s diverse campus community.

Research
The Executive Council on Diversity and Inclusion’s Research team provides scholarly research support to council work groups, and highlights various types of
diversity-related scholarship taking place at Loyola.

Strategic Plan 2020
The Executive Council on Diversity and Inclusion’s Strategic Plan 2020 team aligns and supports Loyola’s Strategic Plan 2020 efforts designed to position the University to become a beacon of hope for others, and an instrument for preparing faculty, staff and students to undertake the project of building a more just, humane, and sustainable world.
