Safe Space Training
Safe Space trainings are introductory sessions that work to assist individuals who wish to support the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer/Questioning, Intersex, Asexual, and more (LGBTQIA+) community of Loyola University Chicago.
Content covered includes: definitions, terms, and symbols, LGBTQIA identity development, skills to interrupt heterosexist and cissexist behaviors and attitudes, and resources for the LGBTQIA communities.

Share the Dream Undocumented Student Ally Training
Share the Dream Undocumented Student Ally Training is open to Loyola faculty, staff, and students from all schools and departments. The training strives to educate community members on how to be action-oriented allies and understand the issues faced by undocumented people in the United States and at Loyola University. Spring trainings this spring semester was on:
- Wednesday, January 29, 2025; 5-7pm (Virtual via Zoom)
- Friday, February 28, 2025; 2-4pm (Virtual via Zoom)
- Friday, March 21, 2025; 2-4pm (Virtual via Zoom)
- Wednesday, April 9, 2025; 5-7pm (Virtual via Zoom)
