Brenna Van Maren and Erin Norwood
On November 5 graduate students Brenna Van Maren and Erin Norwood testified before the Cook County Commission on Women’s Issues. The second year graduate students in Criminal Justice and Criminology summarized research conducted by themselves and other graduate student colleagues. Their research examined trends in the number and characteristics of women from the Cook County admitted to Illinois prisons.
