Citizenship, Service, and the Public good
In September 2016, the CHRC cosponsored a two-day symposium, entitled "Citizenship, Service, and the Public Good," with the Hank Center for the Catholic Intellectual Heritage. In light of the many social ills that have been exposed over the last year and the sometimes-surreal presidential primary season, the Hank Center aspired to bring faculty, students, and concerned citizens together to discuss some of the issues facing us before the November elections.
On September 21 at 9am, the CHRC co-sponsored a panel on Migration and Immigration, and Director Katherine Kaufka Walts spoke. Visit the Hank Center's webpage for more information.
