    • The SOFAR Model of Partnership 
    • The SOFAR partnership model, developed by Bringle, Clayton, and Price offers a more complex understanding of partnership relationships, dividing partners into five groups. This model can help organizations to analyze and improve their partnerships. 
  • Conceptual Framework of Partnership 
    • Because of the plethora of relationships that have been established over the years, CELTS has developed a conceptual framework of how it approaches community partnerships. This graphic representation and accompanying report detail the reciprocal nature of the Center and our community partners. 
  • Recommended Organizations
    • CELTS cultivates and maintains relationships with those organizations that students, faculty, and staff partner with for service-learning, academic internship, and/or research opportunities for undergraduate students. This serves as a starting point for students seeking opportunities for organizations that have opportunities to gain experience through the combination of academics, professional development and community involvement.

    • This resource manual provides an overview of Engaged Learning at Loyola, including tips and guidelines for optimizing the internship experience and sample documents that you will encounter as you work with Loyola students and faculty.
