Josh Zettel is a graduate student intern in the Career Development Center at Loyola University Chicago. He is pursuing a MA in Counseling with a Specialization in Sport and Health Psychology. He works with students to discover their career interests, make connections between their experiences and future pursuits, explore personal values, and facilitate their development as college students. Prior to his work at Loyola, Josh trained and coordinated over 500 volunteers for the Special Olympics Ontario Provincial Spring Games in 2016. He worked in a male emergency homeless shelter, facilitated peer support groups, and coached for more than 5 years. Josh earned his BA with a double major in Psychology and Philosophy at Sir Wilfred Laurier University in his hometown of Waterloo, Ontario in Canada. He is also pursuing to become a certified mental performance consultant with the association of applied sport psychology via his Masters program. Josh loves sports, camping, singing, playing music, watching movies and spending time with family and friends.
