Refund Policy
- In order to process refunds, all applicable permits must be returned. No refunds will be processed without the return of the permit(s).
- All refund amounts are based upon current daily rates.
- There are no refunds for overnight permits and pre-paid validations.
- No refunds are issued for failure to submit the Stop Payroll Deduction form.
- No refunds after 30 days.
- Refunds can only be made in person.
- Refunds will only be made to the original payment form (physical credit cards must be present for credit card refunds).
- Campus Transportation does not prorate permits at any time.
