Jeff Peak is an Assistant Director of Campus Ministry at Loyola University Chicago. In this role he oversees the retreat program.
Jeff started at Loyola in 2021 after a nine year stint as the Assistant Director of the Schlegel Center for Service and Justice at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. In that role, Jeff oversaw the student formation and logistics of the fall and spring break Service & Justice Trips program. He also spent time as a campus minister at Saint Peter’s University in Jersey City, New Jersey.
Jeff has three degrees from Creighton University a BA in Journalism & Mass Communication, an MA in Ministry, and an MA in Christian Spirituality. He is passionate about Ignatian Spirituality, the Ignatian Pedagogical Paradigm and the intersection of faith and justice.
Jeff is an avid foodie – enjoying eating, cooking, watching TV and listening to podcasts about good food. He is a pilgrim who has twice walked the Camino de Santiago, a crossword and jigsaw puzzle lover, and road trip enthusiast.
