Graduate Assistant - Retreats
Originally from Trenton, New Jersey, Emily graduated from Loyola University Maryland in 2014 with a degree in Psychology and Gender Studies. After graduation, she served as a year-long volunteer with Rostro de Cristo in Durán, Ecuador. She spent most of her time in Ecuador working at a care facility for people with Hansen’s disease (formerly known as leprosy), as well as an after-school program for neighborhood youth. The following year, Emily worked at St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia as a Campus Ministry Associate. Emily will be pursuing a Master’s in Social Justice through the Institute of Pastoral Studies. She is very excited to be joining the Loyola University Chicago community!
