Jazmin GarciaJazmin Garcia is a Queer, First-Gen, Mexican- American with eight years’ experience in policy, programs and philanthropy, including developing over 200 Latinx leaders for a nationally recognized program. She is an Account Director, Nonprofits @ LinkedIn and serves as the Global Partnerships Lead for the Hispanics of LinkedIn Alliance, their Latinx ERG. Additionally, she leverages her leadership role as a LinkedIn Coach as a way of empowering every member of the global workforce with the skillset to maximize LinkedIn to connect them to economic opportunity.

Prior to LinkedIn Jazmin served as small business advisor for the Economic Development Agency of the City of Chicago where she helped over 300 businesses sustain or scale during the COVID-19 pandemic. Her experience growing up across borders in San Diego, California and Tijuana, Baja California inspired a curious leader and prompted her passion for public service and social impact.

Jazmin holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of San Diego and served as the National Vice President of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute Alumni Association and Co-Chair for Chicago Women in Philanthropy where she transformed the DIB programs during her tenure.

She resides in the beautiful neighborhood of Bridgeport, loves traveling and exploring the world, and enjoying a good cup of joe on a Saturday morning when she isn’t trying to perfect her boxing skills.
