Clifton Ballard
Co-founder and Executive Director, Dreamchasers United
Clifton Ballard is a Chicago native with a bachelor's degree in business management from Howard University. Upon completing undergrad, Clifton returned to Chicago and received a Corporate Paralegal Certification from Loyola University Chicago. Clifton has since worked as a paralegal on corporate and civil rights cases covering labor laws to police accountability. He is currently working as a controller for Go Big Accounting, a firm that focuses on minority and women-owned businesses. He is also co-founder and Executive Director of Dreamchasers United, a 501c3 nonprofit that teaches financial literacy and entrepreneurship to youth in Chicago and Northwest Indiana.
