Senior Philanthropy Strategy Associate, William Blair
Paige LaCour is Senior Philanthropy Strategy Associate for William Blair and is responsible for managing the firm’s community engagement initiatives, including William Blair’s employee gift-matching programs and volunteerism with local charities. In 2020, the William Blair foundation and employees contributed over $7MM to more than 1,000 nonprofit organizations worldwide. Ms. LaCour serves as co-chair of the William Blair Pride Alliance, an employee business resource group she co-founded in 2017 to cultivate a supportive culture for LGBTQ+ employees, promoting inclusivity and diversity. She is a founding board director for Out in Finance, a network of LGBTQ+ professionals working in the Chicago financial services industry. She also serves on the associates board for the Field Museum in Chicago where she has been a docent since 2010. Ms. LaCour earned two B.A.’s from Indiana University in 2007 and was named as a Chicago Scholar 35 Under 35 in 2019, through a leadership program that recognizes young professionals for their commitment and dedication in making an impact on the community.
