Theresa Faulkner


Theresa Faulkner (BA ’94) began her higher educational journey at Mundelein College, graduating through the Loyola University merger in 1994 with a BA in Business Administration. She furthered her education with coursework in Business Law at the University of Chicago and obtained a Certification from the John Marshall Law School Program. As the newest Mundelein College Alumnae and Gannon Scholar Board Member, Theresa brings a fresh perspective on maintaining strong connections with diverse communities. 

With over 12 years of experience as Operations Manager for the Circuit Court of Cook County in the Criminal Justice Division, Theresa has shown exceptional leadership and dedication. She is the founder of Calling All Mothers, a non-profit organization that supports mothers in achieving their academic, financial, and parenting goals. Additionally, she co-founded and served as Executive Vice-President of the Saving Soles Foundation, where she managed the Foundation’s bylaws, business plan, budget, marketing team, and fundraisers. 

Theresa's strong commitment to community service is evident in her involvement with various organizations, including the Loyola University Society of the Shield, Operation PUSH, Black Star Project, Democratic Party, and Rev. Michael L. Pfleger’s St. Sabina Parish’s Violence Intervention Program. She has also served as an ordained minister for 36 years with the Apostolic Church of God, where she has been responsible for Choir, Nursing, Youth, Prison, Homeless, and Radio and Television Ministries.
