Upon admission, students will complete a two-day assessment of their knowledge and skill in defined areas of leadership. The assessment will provide students with an understanding of the amount of non-traditional credit earned and number of credit hours remaining.
Students are assessed in regard to the following program outcomes:

- Intra-personal Leadership
Course credit will be awarded to a student’s record if appropriate knowledge and skill in an area is affirmed in the process. Students have one year to develop any remaining skills through established coursework led by faculty coaching.
Students are also required to complete 18 credit hours of concentration coursework with their BA in Leadership. Advisors will work with students to determine the best concentration to meet their professional goals.
