Women's Studies and Gender Studies

Undergraduate Minor

A minor in the Women's Studies and Gender Studies Program consists of five courses (or 15 hours). The one required course is either WSGS 101: Introduction to Women's Studies and Gender Studies or WSGS 201: Contemporary Issues in Women's Studies and Gender Studies. The other four courses are electives from courses crosslisted with the WSGS program.

Students must declare a minor in Women's Studies and Gender Studies via LOCUS and meet with the Program Director, Dr. Betsy Jones Hemenway, in Cuneo Hall 305 to outline their program.
