Diane Asaro is a registered nurse and the Director of the Wellness Center. She received her Masters of Science in Nursing from Loyola University Chicago and is board certified in college health nursing. Diane assumed her present position in 2002 and was the former Director of Loyola's Student Health Center for 3 years. Prior to that she was a nurse clinician at Loyola. Diane is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the Honor Society for Nursing. She is an instructor in the College of Arts and Sciences and teaches the First Year Seminar. She has also been a clinical instructor in the School of Nursing. She has a special interest in helping students learn how to make positive lifestyle choices and understanding that their choices impact the community in which they live. Diane is the mother of a Loyola graduate and is married to a Loyola graduate. In her spare time, Diane enjoys spending time with her family.
