Beijing Campus

Loyola is a partner university to The Beijing Center, which was established in 1998 to provide Jesuit university students with premier comprehensive education about China. The campus is located at the Beijing University of International Business and Economics in the Chaoyahg district of Beijing. Nearby are the central business district, major shopping centers, and Olympic Park, home of the 2008 Summer Olympics.

At The Beijing Center, students are immersed in the culture, economics, history, and language of China. Outside of class, students can explore the city on shopping and dinner outings, and help with volunteer projects organized by The Beijing Center. In addition, the center organizes two academic trips to other parts of China each semester to help students fully grasp this vast and diverse nation. Studying at The Beijing Center is a rare opportunity for international students to be embedded in the capital of the world’s fastest growing economy.
