Deadlines

Transfer applications are considered on a rolling basis and are reviewed on a space-available basis. You should complete your application as soon as possible to ensure proper time for evaluation and processing by the University. Students must apply by the priority deadlines listed below in order to be considered for merit-based scholarships.

The following information provides a set of suggested guidelines depending on which semester you wish to begin taking classes at Loyola.

Fall Semester Start

March 1: Suggested date to file FAFSA
June 1: Priority application deadline for scholarship consideration
August 1: Deposit refund deadline
Late August: Fall Semester begins

Spring Semester Start

November 1: Priority application deadline for scholarship consideration
January 1: Deposit refund deadline
Mid-January: Spring Semester begins

Students applying to Loyola University Chicago's Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN) program can find additional application deadline information on the School of Nursing Web site.
