Title/s: Marketing Manager
Ross Zafar is the marketing manager for University Marketing and Communication.
His responsibilities include buying and tracking all print, digital, outdoor, broadcast, and television advertising for the University; working with University clients on their ad and project requests to help them define their goals, and recommending the most strategic answer to solve their communication problems and achieve these goals. Additional duties include determining project deliverables; setting project schedules; presenting concepts to clients; and getting final approval on projects. Ross also manages the University's logo and licensing requests, and works to uphold the brand standards of UMC.
Ross is a dual alumnus of Loyola University Chicago. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and a MBA in marketing from the Quinlan School of Business.
