Five-Year Dual Degree

Earn a BS/MBA or BA/MBA

Students pursuing the five-year dual-degree program must successfully pass the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) and be accepted into Loyola's Graduate School of Business at the end of their junior year.

Dual-degree students begin taking courses that count toward the MBA during their senior year in lieu of Environmental Science/Studies electives. Students complete the degree requirements for a BS in Environmental Science or BA in Environmental Studies after four years and complete the MBA at the end of the fifth year. A total of 54 credit hours of graduate coursework in business is required for the MBA degree.

Students should contact the Quinlan School of Business for specific MBA requirements and an academic calendar.

Note:  The Graduate School of Business abides by a quarter system rather than a semester system.
