Dr. Levy joined the faculty in 1991 after serving on the faculties of Columbia University and the University of Southern California. He is a noted child and adolescent therapist who teaches courses in child and adult treatment, and human behavior theory. Dr. Levy's publications focus on the therapeutic actions of play treatment, treatment of traumatized children, as well as child and adolescent depression. He coordinates the dual degree program in social work and child development with the Erikson Institute and is a clinical consultant to numerous community clinics and agencies.
