Dr. Kilbane joined the faculty in 1997 where she teaches primarily in the research sequence at both the master's and doctoral level with policy as her secondary area. Her primary experience in the field had been directing federal and state research projects in the area of child and sexual abuse, independent living, homelessness, quality assurance, organizational leadership, and decision-making in child welfare. Her research interests are in the areas of child welfare, diversity, substance abuse, domestic violence, elder abuse and program evaluation. She is the faculty liaison to the Multicultural Alumni Resource Committee.
