- Help your clients "get unstuck" by combining clinical social work knowledge and values with innovative coaching techniques and team building challenges.
- In this fun and interactive workshop, participants will explore a 3 phase model that combines social work knowledge and values (client's self- determination, nonjudgmental perspective, cultural sensitivity) with concrete coaching and team-building techniques.
- This model can be used with adults in individual sessions, family session, and in group settings. The model is also great to use with preteens, teens, and young adults who feel defeated and stuck in school and life. This model instills hope and the courage to take charge of one's life for many clients who feel stuck.
The three phases model includes:
Phase 1- Exploration - peak experience, values clarification and life passion.
Phase 2- Support and fears - Captain and Crew and Sabatier’s.
Phase 3 Action plan- commitment declaration, and smart goals.
