AIDS RUN AND WALK The AIDS Run and Walk, put on by the AIDS Foundation of Chicago, is a great change to raise awareness about the AIDS crisis and fundraise to support the cause. Options include a 10k and 5k run and a 5k walk.

Education and AdvocacyIGNATIAN FAMILY TEACH-IN FOR JUSTICE The annual Ignatian Family Teach-In for Justice gathers members of the Ignatian Family (Jesuit schools, parishes, social ministries) in solidarity to learn, reflect, pray, network, and advocate in the context of social justice. Keynote and student speakers address issues such as: • Domestic poverty • Worker’s rights • Human rights and foreign policy in Latin America • Human rights and foreign policy in Africa • Humane immigration practices • Sustainable environmental practices
