Classical Greece

Over fifty students traveled to Greece along with Professor Evers, Father Ted Bohr, and SLA Jack Spittle for a week-long trip during fall break. The group met up with tour leader Dr. Ioanna Kopsiafti , and departed for Cape Suonio on the southernmost tip of the Attica peninsula, where the group has their first experience with Greek food at a sea-side restaurant just outside of Athens. The next day they set off on a walking tour through the Acropolis museum, around the Parthenon, and through the Agora, following the footsteps of Socrates and Plato.  View the Photo Gallery on the right.
