ACE Summer Transition Program 2012

 Description: 

As part of Loyola’s Start the Fire Retreat, the ACE Summer Transition Programis designed to assist first year ACE Scholars’ transition to Loyola by connecting them with other incoming students, faculty mentors, and the ACE staff. While at Loyola’s Retreat and Ecology Center (LUREC), you will have the opportunity to envision your future at Loyola! Session topics and activities include: Engaging and Connecting with Faculty, Exploring College Life, The Value of Undergraduate Research and Internships, Strategies for Writing and Test-taking, a Ropes Course, and Fireside Chat. We look forward to your participation in ACE’s 2.5 day retreat at LUREC – a beautiful, ecologically-friendly campus in Woodstock, IL. For more information, contact ace@luc.edu.
