Spring Hill Hall is part of the South Side Winthrop Apartment area. Spring Hill hall offers studio and one-bedroom doubles, housing 55 students on 6 floors. Each room has a bathroom, kitchenette (with a refrigerator and small stove). All rooms have cable television capabilities and high speed wireless/wired internet options, as well a laundry room on the first floor. The building is equipped with an elevator, making it accessible to all six floors. 

Spring Hill hall was remodeled in 2009 and houses primarily sophomore students.

This building is named after Spring Hill College. Spring Hill College is a private Jesuit institution that is located Mobile, Alabama. Spring Hill College was established in 1830 and was founded by Bishop Michael Porier. More than 1400 students study at Spring Hill College, with 70% of the population coming from outside of Alabama. The motto of Spring Hill College is “A spring of wisdom is he who has lifted up on the hill”.
