Residence Halls Open to Returning Students

The following Residence Halls are open to current students (Sophomores, Juniors, Seniors and Graduate Students):

| Bellarmine Hall | Bellarmine Hall is a five-story residence hall located on the north end of campus and houses approximately 300 students. The building is comprised of apartment-style studio doubles, one-bedroom doubles, one-bedroom triples, as well as 2-bedroom quads. All floors have student lounges with two larger lounges on the bottom floor. | ![]() |
| Canisius Hall | Canisius Hall is part of the Southside Kenmore Area and houses approximately 70 students. The facility is comprised of apartment-style double and triple rooms, including full kitchens. | ![]() |
| Fairfield Hall | Fairfield Hall is a part of the South Side Winthrop Apartment area. Of the five buildings in the area, Fairfield Hall is the largest with 214 beds. Rooms in this area vary greatly, with doubles, triples, and quadruple room available. Each room has a bathroom, and kitchenette (with a refrigerator and small stove). All rooms have cable television capabilities and high speed wireless/wired internet options. |

| Fordham Hall | Fordham Hall is part of the Northside Apartments area and houses approximately 350 students. The facility is comprised of apartment-style studio double, one bedroom double, and two bedroom quad rooms, including full kitchens and bathrooms. |

| Georgetown Hall | Georgetown Hall is part of the Southside Kenmore Area and houses approximately 125 students. The facility is comprised of apartment-style quint rooms, including full kitchens. | ![]() |
| Lemoyne Hall | LeMoyne Hall is part of the South Side Winthrop Apartment area and opened in the fall of 2008. LeMoyne is all double and triple apartments and houses 75 students. Each room has a bathroom, and kitchenette (with a refrigerator and small stove). | ![]() |
| Marquette Hall | Marquette Hall is part of the Southside Kenmore Area and houses approximately 150 students. The facility is comprised of apartment-style double and triple rooms, including full kitchens. The hardwood floors and newly renovated kitchens are popular features of Marquette Hall. | ![]() |
| Marquette South Hall | Marquette South Hall is part of the Southside Kenmore Area and houses approximated 110 students. The facility is comprised of apartment-style studio doubles, one-bedroom doubles, and one-bedroom triples including full bathrooms and kitchens. | ![]() |
| Messina Hall | Messina Hall is a five-story residence hall located in the Winthrop area and houses approximately 120 students. The building is comprised of suite-style doubles: two traditional double occupancy rooms joined by a common bathroom. On the first floor, students will find a front desk where they can check in guests, a conference room, and a complete communal kitchen. | ![]() |
| San Francisco Hall | Currently being Constructed, San Francisco Hall will be an integral part of the Center for sustainable urban living. This residence Hall is new for Fall 2013! | ![]() |
| Seattle Hall | Seattle Hall is a part of the South Side Winthrop Apartment area. Seattle Hall consists of all triples with a limited number of singles available, housing 54 students. Each room has a bathroom, kitchenette (with a refrigerator and small stove). | ![]() |
| Spring Hill Hall | Spring Hill Hall is part of the South Side Winthrop Apartment area. Spring Hill Hall is all doubles, housing 55 students on 6 floors. Each room has a bathroom, kitchenette (with a refrigerator and small stove). | ![]() |
| Xavier Hall | Xavier Hall is a part of the South Side Winthrop Apartment area. Xavier Hall is all doubles and triples and houses 71 students. Each room has a bathroom, kitchenette (with a refrigerator and small gas stove). | ![]() |
