Academic Dates

March 26th: Last Day to withdraw with a grade of “W”.  Student dropping below 12 credit hours will need assistance from an academic advisor.

April 1st: Students who applied for summer 2012 graduation must register for classes.

April 5-9th: Easter Holiday: No classes Thursday evening (classes that start 4:15 p.m. or later are cancelled) through Monday afternoon (classes resume at 4:15pm)
Offices will closed on April 6th for Good Friday.

April 16th: Fall Semester 2012 Course Registration begins

April 27th: Spring Semester 2012 classes end

Undergraduate Program News

  1. Graduating in Spring or Summer 12?  The online system to register for the graduation ceremony went live and you should have received an email from "Loyola University Chicago" commencement@luc.edu to your LUC email account.  Please be sure to complete the registration process and select the number of tickets you need (max 4) and the section number that you want them in.  Section selection is first come, first choice.  If you are scheduled to graduate in the summer term, you must register for summer classes by April 1st to participate in the May ceremony.   2.  Summer 2012 Registration is open: For more information about the summer term please visit: LUC.edu/summer
  3. Fall 2012 Registration:  It is time to start thinking about what you plan on taking for the fall semester.  Registration is only a month away.  Make an advising appointment to see what classes you should take and if you are on track.  Transfers, Juniors and Seniors call 312.915.6113.  First and Second Year students call 773.508.7714.

    Real Time with Alumni is an opportunity for students to meet with an alum in a one-on-one setting. The purpose of the program is to allow students the opportunity to engage with alumni, and learn about their experiences in the business world.  Conversation should be centered on professional and/or personal interests.  These are not job interviews.

    To learn more about Bernie and register for a 20 minute time slot, go online and log into your SBA Careers Online account. Click on "Events", then choose the "workshops" Tab.  RSVP by Monday, March 19th.
