Mr. Bancroft is Chief Procurement Officer, Asia Pacific & Africa for Kellogg Company, leading the procurement sourcing, operations and innovation across these fast growing regions. His team covers a broad range of spend portfolios including all Direct (Ingredients: Corn, Rice, Wheat, Sugar, Cocoa, Oils, Seasonings, Flavors etc... and Packaging: Corrugated, Cartons, Liners, Canisters etc...), Indirect (Supply Chain: Logistics, Capital and Maintenance Repair & Operations and Commercial: Marketing, Professional Services, Training, Facilities, Recruiting, Travel, Consulting etc...) and Co-Manufacturing / Co-Packing. Prior to being appointed as CPO, Mr. Bancroft was the Senior Director, Global Indirect Procurement and Shared Services, leading teams focused on $5B in Indirect Supply Chain and Commercial spend across North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia.
Prior to joining Kellogg, he was VP, International Operations & CPO for Oil-Dri Corporation of America. In this role, he led their Global Procurement and Material Management functions as well as their business operations in Canada and Europe. Throughout his 20+ year career he held a variety of roles with Sara Lee Corporation, The Coca-Cola Company and GlaxoSmithKline. Over this time Mr. Bancroft delivered positive results in small, mid-size and multi-billion dollar global organizations, in decentralized, center-led and centralized operating models across a wide range of industries including Construction, Technology, Pharmaceutical, Mining and FMCG. He has strong international experience leading teams in North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia and Africa.
Mr. Bancroft received his undergraduate degree from the Erivan School of Business at St. Joseph's University and his graduate degree from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He attained lifetime C.P.M. Status and in October 2014 was honored as the recipient of the "Procurement Leader Asia" award from Procurement Leaders. Mr. Bancroft lives in Singapore with his wife and 2 children.
