MBA/MSN - Nursing
The business and nursing dual-degree program (MBA/MSN) requires a minimum of 76 semester hours of study. It provides for concurrent study in the MBA program and in the MSN, Advanced Practice Nursing: Health Systems Management major. The overall objective of the dual-degree program is to provide nurse leaders with a broad preparation in business administration and nursing administration.
Applicants for the dual degree should apply separately for admission to the Quinlan School of Business and to the School of Nursing, indicating their intent to pursue a dual degree. Students completing the dual degree will earn an MBA and an MSN degree. The dual-degree program enables a student to complete both degrees with six fewer courses than if each degree were earned separately.
