Business/Human Resources MBA/MS

About the MBA / Master’s in Human Resources at Loyola

Business strategy and human resources management go hand in hand in our global, data-driven workplaces. Today’s human resources professionals need more than people skills and process knowledge to help their organizations thrive and move forward. The dual MBA/MSHR degree combines in-depth knowledge and skills in human resources practices, policies, and strategies with the MBA-level business acumen sought by businesses and organizations in every sector.

Students completing the dual-degree program will earn a master's in human resources and an MBA with a specialization in human resource management. The dual degree in business and accounting requires four fewer courses than if each degree were earned separately. A maximum gap of one quarter is allowed between the completion of one program and the start of the other.
