TEACHING

Areas of Teaching Interest and Scope

My areas of primary teaching interests include corporate finance, investment, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and international capital flows. I have taught at both the undergraduate and graduate levels for three universities in North America as well as in Europe (Sweden, Denmark, Belgium and France), Asia (India and China) and the Middle East (Iran, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and, Kuwait).
