Managing Your Leadership Process

This session is all about leadership —how to create a leadership presence, how to practice leadership and how to manage it, whether you are in a middle-management or senior executive role. The module is also useful in demonstrating leadership best practices for those aspiring to hold management positions. This is not a traditional course about theories of leadership; we will discuss very pragmatic techniques and practices that will set participants and their teams apart from others. In small groups we’ll experience the design of “team rules,” a process that has the power to shape and mold the culture of the organization.  Participants will be able to answer the question: “would you rather work as part of an outstanding group or be part of a group of outstanding individuals?”
