One of the Nation’s Best EMBAs
At Loyola University Chicago’s Quinlan School of Business we get good business. One of the nation’s best Executive MBA programs is right here in Chicago at the Quinlan School of Business; providing an outstanding value investment for your executives and your company.
Quinlan’s EMBA success can be attributed in part to its curriculum, exceptional faculty, and intimate group settings for classes. As a result, your executives will participate in an EMBA program that will equip them with the skills and knowledge they need to help your company compete and grow in today’s global market place.
In addition to Quinlan’s EMBA general management focus, we place particular emphasis on international business and values-based leadership. Your executives will gain experience and knowledge not only in the classroom but also through a 2-week international trip.
Your executives will also gain a sophisticated level of cross-functional knowledge and skills applicable to a wide range of contemporary management challenges; enabling them to think globally and respond strategically to market demands. Your executives will complete their EMBA with an enhanced ability to work in diverse, cross-functional teams, make astute business decisions, lead with confidence and achieve greater immediate value for your company.
Immerse Your Executives in Chicago’s Best EMBA Program
Quinlan’s 18-month EMBA program is designed for high-potential managers, directors, and executives with responsible management experience. The typical EMBA class includes participants from for-profit, not-for-profit, and public sector organizations of varying sizes and from all business disciplines. Each participant must have the support of his or her organization. In addition to academic promise, the Admission Committee considers the following factors:
- Does the employer consider the nominee to have outstanding promise and potential within the organization?
- Is the employer confident that the program will be of substantial value in furthering the nominee’s career?
- Does the candidate have the motivation and flexibility to make an 18-month commitment to attend all classes, prepare assignments, and work effectively in small teams?
- Will the executive bring value to the class in terms of his/her knowledge and experience?
The Admission Committee works to ensure a diversity of skills and backgrounds, and also seeks to provide a valuable experience to all participants.
