Spending time with my beautiful two-and-a-half-year-old son.

To grow old and feel that I have not found or completed my life’s mission.

Play a musical instrument, ideally the cello.

My mom. My son. Both are fighters and brave souls.

Those who acknowledge their humble roots in a genuine, matter of fact way.

Those who are show-offs, and those who only use you for their own personal gain.
What is the best advice you can offer to young women and men as they start their careers?
Be open to the curveballs that come out of left field, be open to life and its surprising turn of events. Don’t get fixated on your “plan." You will get there but perhaps not the way you envisioned.

- It is OK if you only meet one or two people you really connected with at a networking event: Sometimes quality is better than quantity.
- Never ask a person for their business card without first engaging in conversation.
