Mr. Lundy teaches the Securities Regulation course.

Professional & Community Affiliations

Mr. Lundy is a Senior Special Counsel with the SEC's Chicago Regional Office. Previously he worked in the SEC's Enforcement Division as a Senior Trial Counsel and a Branch Chief.  Mr. Lundy also worked previously with Clausen Miller, the Cook County State's Attorney's Office, Altschuler Melvoin & Glasser as a litigation consultant and the Swiss Bank Corporation as an arbitrage clerk.
