Disciplinary Service Hours

Occasionally, disciplinary service hours are assigned to students who are found responsible for a violation of the Loyola Community Standards.  Typically, a student who has been assigned service hours has adversely affected the community with their behavior.  Service hours are a way for a student to actively give back to the community and interact with positive role models in the community.

If you have been assigned disciplinary service hours, you must complete your assigned hours by the date listed in your letter of notification.  Additionally, you must provide documentation of the completion of your hours to the Office of Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution.  Each set of hours should be documented separately on a Service Hours Supervision form.

Service hours supervision forms can be found in the office or downloaded via the following link.

Service Hours Contacts

The following is a list of contacts for scheduling your assigned Disciplinary Service Hours. The Office of Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution  has already established a working relationship with the following supervisors and directors. They are aware that students will be contacting them to make arrangements. It is imperative that you remain professional and courteous at all times when corresponding or communicating with staff.

Please remember that it is your responsibility to schedule and complete your hours. Also, for your benefit it is recommended that you retain any email correspondence with staff and or/ a copy of the disciplinary service form.

For community service sites not on this list, you must contact the Office of Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution for pre-approval.
