Overnight Lodging

Are you coming from out of state and need a place to spend the night before and after your student's orientation? If so, please take advantage of the many hotel accommodations in Chicago. We have three different options available below, additionally, you can look at more accommodations here

Option #1:

Hampton Inn Chicago North-Loyola Station

(Loyola's Preferred Hotel Provider)

Located on the Lake Shore Campus

1209 W. Albion Avenue, Chicago, IL, 60626

The Hampton Inn Chicago North Loyola Station is our preferred Orientation hotel. The hotel is located just a block away from campus and public transportation. Each room has free WiFi, complimentary breakfast, and valet parking available overnight for a low cost.

Parents can now begin making reservations to stay at the Hampton Inn via phone at 1.800.426.7866 (reference Loyola Orientation) or online here. Reservations must be made at least four weeks in advance to the arrival date to receive the group rate. When making the reservation, on the right side of the page there is a title called "Special Accounts and Rates", make sure "Loyola Orientation" is checked.

If a reservation is made less than four weeks in advance to the arrival date, the 10% Loyola Friends and Family discount can be applied instead by creating a reservation via this page

Please note, the amount of rooms available at this discounted rate is limited, and due to outside events at the same time as some Orientation dates, we have a maximum number of discounted rooms for the Orientation dates, so reserve soon!

*There is no group rate for the June 15-16, 2017 Orientation due to Northwestern University's Commencement*

Option #2:

The Flats at Loyola Station

Loyola's Student-Run and Managed Guesthouse

1216 W. Arthur Avenue, Chicago, IL, 60626

Website: http://www.loyolaflats.com/

Phone: 312.508.0200

Email: info@loyolaflats.com

Discount for current/prospective Loyola students: 10% with promo code loyola17

The Flats at Loyola Station is a luxury guesthouse located directly next to Loyola's Lake Shore Campus across Sheridan Road. The primary difference between our guesthouse and a hotel is that we offer a "home away from home" condo experience and there is no front desk. Our condo-style apartments have fully-stocked gourmet kitchens, in-unit washers and dryers, and covered parking attached to our building. We send entry codes and instructions to the guesthouse and your individual unit, so all you have to do is arrive, park if you have a car, and walk into a flawlessly clean unit for a great guesthouse experience.

The Flats is entirely student-run through our student enterprise program Loyola Limited. When staying with us, you will be provided with a 24/7 duty phone number that is answered by a staff member who is also a Loyola student. Our student team is happy to provide assistance, answer any questions about Loyola, or share our experiences! We would love the chance to serve you. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Option #3:
