Loyola’s 1870 Orientation for freshman is a two-day program with a mandatory overnight component for all students. During orientation, you will be introduced to many of the programs and resources that are available to you as a Loyola student. You will also get to meet with an academic advisor and register for your Fall semester courses**.

An Orientation Leader will guide you through the two-day program as part of a group with other freshmen students. Orientation Leaders are upperclass students committed to ensuring that you have a smooth transition to college and a fun two days on campus.
