The Organizational Development and Leadership Certificate is designed for students who want to learn more about the theories, research and practical applications of organizational development and leadership, while developing the communication skills needed for effective interpersonal and team leadership and decision-making. Students will have the choice of the fully online option, the fully on-campus option, or some combination of the two.
