MA in Pastoral Studies
The M.A. in Pastoral Studies, offered by Loyola's Institute of Pastoral Studies (IPS), is designed to provide a solid first-degree experience in education for ministry. Students may complete all or part of the 36-hour degree program through online courses. The structured online curriculum includes courses in scripture, pastoral theology, and ministerial skills, with possible concentrations in Healthcare Ministries, Religious Education, and Youth Ministry. MA in Spirituality
The M.A. in Spirituality, offered by Loyola's Institute of Pastoral Studies (IPS), offers concentrations in Spiritual Direction and Contemporary Spirituality. Students may complete all or part of the 36-hour degree program through online courses. The structured online curriculum emphasizes five areas of study: foundations of spirituality, biblical foundations, theological foundations, psychological foundations, and practical field experience.
