Ed.D. in School Psychology
This program is designed for practicing school psychologists who wish to advance their careers through the pursuit of a targeted doctoral degree. Reflecting current realities and anticipated future directions of practice, this translates into an Ed.D. program with two defined tracks (each student would select one of these two tracks)-Mental Health and Data-Based Decision-Making. For students who choose the Mental Health track, the primary program emphasis would be on developing the student's clinical skills and taking pertinent course-work that leads to eligibility as a licensed professional counselor (LPC). This 72 semester hour program can be competed in two years on a part-time basis. Courses may be on-line or on campus on Saturdays.
