The instructional designer consults with faculty to create engaging, interactive, and instructionally sound programs. The designer also develops and delivers instructional design workshops assisting faculty in the design and development of instructional material for online and hybrid courses, including best practices and multimedia projects.

Elearning specialists provide support for Blackboard/Sakai content management, troubleshooting and online testing assistance. They also assist faculty with multimedia development, in particular, creating Articulate presentations.

Faculty interested in assistance with Articulate must use the Articulate Project Request Form to officially submit their Articulate requests. For timely and efficient processing of requests, it is necessary for requesters to provide all required information. Properly submitted requests will typically be processed within 1-2 business days. Please note, for tracking purposes, the form must be submitted by the course instructor.
