Internal Transfer
We invite you to apply to the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program and join a community of students that have made the decision to enter the wonderful world of nursing. Loyola undergraduate students with a minimum of a 3.0/4.0 GPA and a minimum grade of "B" in all science courses may apply to transfer into the School of Nursing by submitting a completed internal transfer application form. Internal Transfer Application forms can be submitted to the School of Nursing office at Lake Shore Campus, Granada Center, 3Fl, Room 360.
Admission to the Bachelors of Science in nursing program is competitive and space is extremely limited. Students interested in applying as internal transfers to the School of Nursing need to attend a mandatory information session.

Fall Deadline: Feb. 1
Spring Deadline: Nov. 1
Admission Requirements
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale in all college coursework completed, including transfer credits
- A minimum grade of "B" in all science courses
- Attendance to an information session prior to application
- Completed Internal Transfer Application
- Current Loyola University Chicago student
Information Sessions
There will be no Internal Transfer Information sessions for the academic year of 2012-2013. The first Internal Transfer Information session will be held in the fall of the 2013-2014 academic school year. Please check back here in August 2013 for the dates.
