Exhibitors

The 2009 Annual Convention of the Midwest Modern Language Association is the perfect opportunity to reach over 1,000 professors and graduate students. The convention has scheduled over 150 sessions that will examine British, American, German, French, Italian, and Hispanic literatures as well as women's studies and literary theory, cultural studies and film.

All exhibitors are guaranteed traffic because the M/MLA host two receptions in the exhibit hall and provides complimentary coffee and tea and a breakfast buffet early each morning in the exhibit area. Participation information is as follows:

Exhibitor Fees: $300 for one 6' x 3' table and $100 for each additional table

Distribution of Inserts:

• $75 with the purchase of one Exhibitor Table
• $150 without the purchase of an Exhibitor Table

IMPORTANT: All inserts must be shipped to the hotel at the expense of the vendor.

Submission Procedures

To submit advertisements, do the following:

1. Send an email to mmla@luc.edu along with your camera-ready advertisement as an attachment.
2. In your email, indicate which publication should contain your advertisement.
