Registration at Loyola University Chicago is conducted by LOCUS (Loyola’s Online Connection to University Services). This web-based, self-service system is a convenient way to register for your classes. LOCUS can be used to add or drop classes, perform course searches, view or print your class schedule and print unofficial transcripts.

Registration Planning Tools

Registration dates are determined by the student’s program and the total number of credit hours successfully earned by the end of the previous semester. Student may register for classes at any time on or after their registration access date.

It is the responsibility of each student to register properly for his or her courses and to confirm course selections through the LOCUSsystem.

Student Immunizations

Students whose current immunization records are not on file at the Wellness Center will be blocked from registering. More information, a list of exemptions, and a downloadable form are available on the Wellness Center Home page.
